Received an email after placing my second order saying one item was out of stock. Despite 3 emails, and a month later, I still haven’t received the requested refund.
All other items are good quality , and I am very happy with them.

still not got my order, this company are a complete shambles I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before I ordered anything.

Plus - quick delivery. Minus - Patio Feeder Pole doesn’t fit description/specification (30 cm too short). Contacted Emma, at Customer Service, who acknowledged and apologised but no solution or refund offered. Feeder less than a week outside and already rusting. No replies from Customer Service.

Misleading advertisement and website listing. Despite using an Irish domain, this is a British company. Frustrated to learn that all items were being imported and not locally bought as I thought.

Shipping significantly longer as a result.

Bought large bird feeder cage for small birds. Surprised how large it was but once set up and on tree it does what it says. Stops larger birds and smaller birds can get inside outer casing to feed on bird balls. Expensive £29.99 but seems worth the price

Cost me 30 odd euro to ge a garden bee/butterfly egg laying system, arrived on time, grand, I at the same time bought one from Aldi for a third of the price, it has several more open wider bamboo hollow places, up one week and aldis has about 10 tubes near full, there is about 50/60.not one is full or used in the cj one, I absolutely recommend you don’t buy this product.

Having had my order for 2 x 8 plants not processed at all by CJ Wildlife until I chased them 4 days later, then spending three days in transit and mishandled by the courier ignoring clear labelling re fragility, I had hoped that the poor appearance of the Gaillardia Kobbold and Geum Mrs Bradshaw would improve after they had been placed in daylight and watered.

Many of their leaves are yellow or brown and they are clearly old stock: very pot-bound, extremely so in the case of the geums with long matted roots outside the pots. Not plants I would ever buy if I’d been able to see their appearance beforehand. I planted them all out in their intended positions but don’t hold out much hope for their future performance.

I have in the past had some wonderful plants from CJ Wildlife, and cannot understand why both the quality and standard of customer service seem to have deteriorated to the current very low level. I certainly won’t be buying any more plants from them in future, although I had intended to before this last experience.

Not an Irish company despite giving an Irish phone number and address in Dublin. Based in the Netherlands and very slow shipping and processing. Will not be buying from again.

I bought one of their National Trust branded fat ball feeders. Oh wonderful - made from recycled stuff, all great for the Earth. But demolished by a squirrel in 3 days. Wrote to them - not even a response 3 weeks later.

I broke a part of a bird feeder while cleaning it, they replaced without charge. Also they have great products at competitive prices. Will definitely use again.

Misleading website address makes you think it's an Irish company, naturally you'd expect shipping from within Ireland but it comes from Netherlands and takes ages. Seems a bit devious on their part.

Nice, easy transaction and very fast delivery (next day). Item spot on, just what I wanted.

Ordered hedgehog bowl. Had positive experience & no issues at all. Found website easy to navigate (although initially found item by search engine). Price reasonable & arrived within two days, so pleased all round.

Ordered a large variety of bird food for my Dads Xmas present. I’ve had to place another order already; the foods gone done so well especially Robins and blue tits that the items are devoured really quickly.
Next order is even bigger and I’m going to try these ‘peanut hearts’ and ‘cakes’ in my own garden too.
Can’t wait to welcome birds into my garden too.
Fantastic quality products, great prices with the bonus of cheaper price the more you order.

I am shocked that I have been totally misled that this is a local business. It is not, nor do they have a premises in Ireland (according to Lauren yesterday).
I have told them they need to remove the false information immediately and correct it so that other people don’t get misled- I was told they have never had this issue before and she will bring it to the marketing teams attention. I asked that they update me when this has been corrected….. It is absolutely disgraceful!
Since then I read other Reviews to find out they have been misrepresenting their business for ages.
I am not the first and no doubt wont be the last!!
